By accessing or using the mylz website and services operated by Mylz Technology Inc. (“mylz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Alpha Program

Our services are currently offered as part of an alpha program. By participating in the alpha program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The services are provided in a pre-release state and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• The services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice
• We may collect feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to improve our products
• Alpha features and functionality are not guaranteed to be included in any future release
• We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or reliability of alpha services

3. User Accounts

When you register for the alpha program or create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the mylz website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the underlying code, are the exclusive property of Mylz Technology Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without prior written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the services or any systems or networks connected to the services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the services
• Use the services to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the services without our written permission

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mylz Technology Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any data or content obtained through the services is at your own discretion and risk. mylz is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mylz Technology Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
